All dogs/cats (7 months or older) and kept in Town of Phillipsburg are required to be licensed. Dog/Cat license must be renewed during January of each year. Licenses require proof of rabies and must be effective through Novemeber 1st of the licensing year. Dog/Cat licenses may be purchased in the town clerks office or by mailing or submitting this application along with proof of rabies vaccination. Stamp/Self Addressed envelope and check/money order made payable to the Town of Phillipsburg.
